Our cancellation policy requires all cancellations to be made 8 hours prior to class start time. If a rider fails to cancel within the appropriate time, an automatic fee of $10 will be charged to your account. In addition, all "no-shows" will be automatically charged an automatic $20 fee.

As of November 15 2024, if you do not have a card on file to charge the automatic fee, you will automatically lose your class credit instead.
