At PsycleMT, we strive to create a supportive and accountable community while also ensuring fair access to our limited bikes. Our cancellation policy exists because we’re a small studio, and every bike matters—not just for us, but for riders eager to join a class. This policy also helps keep everyone committed to their fitness goals.

That said, we understand that life happens. If something truly unavoidable comes up, please reach out to us. However, please note that sickness does not fall under exceptions to the policy.
 

Policy Details:

• All cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the class start time.

• Late cancellations will incur an automatic $10 fee charged to your account.

• "No-shows" will incur an automatic $20 fee charged to your account.

• As of November 15, 2024, if you do not have a card on file to process these fees or your card has 3+ failed charge attempts, your class credit will automatically be forfeited instead.
