With that said, our classes are designed with every rider in mind, offering a scalable, personalized experience that caters to your unique fitness journey. With a range of modifications always available, we ensure that everyone, from beginners to seasoned cyclists, can find their rhythm and intensity level. At the heart of our approach is the belief that you're in control and one with the beat — you set your own resistance, allowing you to dial up the challenge when you're ready to push yourself further.
NEW! BOOT(Y)CAMP
We’re excited to introduce Boot(y)camp, our newest class designed to build strength and endurance in a dynamic, off-the-bike experience. This group-focused workout combines light weights, bodyweight exercises, and beat-based circuits to strengthen you both physically and mentally. Each session is 45 minutes, and includes an active warmup, cooldown (including chilled scented towels), and high-energy movements set to your favorite playlists.
Bring a mat, a water bottle, and any other weights you'd like to use (we have 3lb and 5lb).
PSYCLE45
Honor your hardworking self in our signature class where beat-based cycling is the center focus. This class will ask you to clip into your bike ready to supercharge your mind, body and soul. Big beats lead a mix of total body choreography, cadence and resistance changes, guiding you to release what’s been holding you back from being your most confident self.
PSYCLE60
Get ready for an epic 60 minute sweat sesh with an emphasis on exciting choreo, gear and speed-based intervals, complimented by not one, but two arm songs. Commit to the hour and receive the best bang for your buck! Get ready to move your body, release what’s been holding you back, and refill your cup back up with energy.
STRENGTH45
Strength45 is where endurance meets power. Expect 45 minutes of pure strength-building with 2-3 arm tracks, heavy gears, and choreo designed to target your quads, glutes, and arms. Through gear pushes and interval climbs, we’ll focus on steady breathwork and endurance, with a bass-filled playlist to keep the energy high. Choose between 3lb or 5lb weights and challenge yourself to not only strengthen your body, but your mind and mood too. This is the ride that will challenge and leave you feeling unstoppable.
ARMS+BOOTY
Arms + Booty is all about balance...after all, we can’t just have nice legs, we need the arms to compliment! In this 60 minute class, you will have multiple arm songs featuring choreographed supersets with 3lb weights that target the triceps, biceps, and shoulders.
When your arms aren’t pumping the beats, you can expect heavy resistance, quick but intentional choreography to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Get ready to feel the burn and leave with the ultimate endorphin high. NOTE: Not recommended for first time riders + some occasional tracks will have explicit lyrics.
BEFORE BRUNCH RIDE
Grab your BFF and saddle up at Sunday's Before Brunch Ride! This rider-favorite class offers the same great sweat as our signature Psycle45 class, but with a bubbly reward at the finish line!
Each week you will experience rolling hills and flat road sprints, designed to push you past what you thought possible and find your growth within yourself. Create a sensation of deep connection with yourself, and after class, find togetherness with the PsycleMT community while sippin’ a complimentary mimosa. #WeRideForMimosas
CORE45
Core45 brings you an efficient, high-energy spin session and is all about strengthening and challenging your core with choreography that feels more like a dance class than a traditional spin. We've included one arm song because we know how much you all love arms! Tailored for intermediate riders with a basic understanding of form and choreography, but beginners are always welcome to join in, modify or level up.
CLIMB45
Recharge your mind, body and soul with a well-deserved sweat! During this class you will experience an epic climb, designed to bring you closer to your higher self. Get ready to turn the gear knob and strengthen those legs and core, elevating your mood for whatever comes next.
BOOTY BURN
Some think spin class is all about the legs...but we know that's simply not true. For us, it's all about the balance between the legs, core, arms, and of course: the booty! In this 45 minute class you will take your mind, booty, and soul on a journey complete with epic climbs, jogs out of the saddle, and most importantly, glute-based choreo burners. Great for both beginners and advanced riders.
